How do my credits get added to my account?
Each month, your membership amount is automatically drafted and deposited into your personal Spa Bank account. This balance is securely tracked in our system, so when you come in for a service or purchase retail, your credits are available to apply instantly.
Do my credits expire?
No—your credits never expire. They continue to roll over month after month, so you can save up for larger services or treatments at any time.
Can I use my credits on any service or retail product?
Yes—your Spa Bank credits can be applied toward all spa services and retail products, giving you complete flexibility.
Can I use my credits for gift cards or tips?
Spa Bank credits are for your personal use and may not be applied toward gift card purchases or gratuities.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Your Spa Bank credits are for your personal use only. However, perks like “Bring a Friend Day” allow you to share the experience with someone special.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
Memberships require a 6-month commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time. To cancel, simply reach out to us via text. Any credits you’ve accumulated remain in your Spa Bank account and are still yours to use.
When is my payment drafted each month?
Your membership payment is automatically drafted on the same date each month, based on the day you sign up.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused, but your credits never expire. If you miss a month or two of visits, your balance will continue to grow and will be ready when you return.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
Yes—after your initial 6-month commitment, you can adjust your membership tier at any time. Just reach out by text, and we’ll make the change for you.
What happens if my card declines?
We’ll notify you by text so you can update your payment method. Membership perks are paused until payment is resolved.
Are there any blackout dates?
No—your membership benefits are available year-round. Perks like “Bring a Friend Day” must simply be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Can I combine my membership discounts with other promotions or packages?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or package pricing. Members already receive exclusive savings on services and retail. From time to time, we may run member-only specials for added value.
All Sanctuary Spa Bank Memberships require a six-month minimum commitment. After six months, memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting us via text. Membership credits never expire and remain in your spa bank account until used. Discounts included with membership apply to regularly priced services and retail products only and cannot be combined with other promotions, package pricing, or gift card purchases. Membership credits may not be used toward gratuities. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
